1. Using the store
You may use the Beulah Foods website to browse products, create an account, place orders, use available promotions, and manage eligible account information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for information submitted through your account.
2. Products and prices
Product availability, prices, descriptions, and stock can change. The server-side checkout process uses the current catalogue information when an order is created.
3. Orders and reservations
Submitting checkout information creates a pending order and a temporary stock reservation when the requested items are available. A reservation is not a completed purchase. Unpaid reservations can expire and release the held stock.
4. Payment
Payment is processed through Paystack. A successful redirect alone is not treated as proof of payment; payment status is verified before the order is finalized. If a payment remains pending or a payment arrives after an order can no longer be fulfilled, the application may require manual resolution.
5. Promotions
Promo codes are subject to their configured eligibility rules, including active dates, usage limits, minimum order requirements, and discount limits where configured. The final discount is determined by the server-side checkout rules.
6. Delivery
Delivery availability and fees are determined by the current store settings shown or applied during checkout. Customers should provide accurate delivery information so an order can be fulfilled.
7. Cancellations and failed payments
Unpaid orders may be cancelled or expire according to the checkout state. Failed or abandoned payment attempts do not constitute successful purchases. Where payment status is unclear, the transaction may need verification before any order is treated as paid.
8. Website availability
We may update, suspend, or change parts of the website as necessary for maintenance, security, product updates, or operational reasons.
